2nd run of the year, and it felt great to be out running again. I ran for 48 minutes, which was probably about 4 miles.
New shoes and new running gear is excellent, it does help, having decent kit.
I found a new park in basildon. I have since been warned by my dad that people have been murdered and raped in the parks in basildon in the dark. It wasn't completely dark, but oh crap!
